The little sisters that go to their siblings basketball games look so bored and miserable. I want to start a fun cheerleading squad of around 7 little kids. I want it to be an official looking group, with cute uniforms and such, but I don't want to spend too much money. Any tips on starting a cheer squad and saving money would be appreciated
